Where has the expertise gone?

I think my lengthy sojourn with the Natural Philosophy Alliance (NPA) http://www.worldnpa.org/site/ has been very useful. They are the largest group of dissident physicists in the world. Whereas no professor or text book writer whose reputation and career rests solely or partly on electromagnetic theory will risk making any written comment on the fundamentals of their subject, http://www.ivorcatt.co.uk/x37p.htm , a few of the NPA members have made written comments. Thus we are able to see how much competence in the fundamentals they have, compared with the impossibility of trying to find out the competence of those who earn a living from the subject. Through them, we begin to establish why the accredited experts throughout the world are incommunicado.
