Ivor,
Glad you agree. My suggestion is to
prepare a document with a title: Manifesto for The Reformation Of
Classical Electromagnetic Theory. The definition of manifesto is a
plan outlining aims and policies to be applied to solve a problem. This
manifesto aims to give a list of the reforms required to put EM theory on a
correct course for future scientific progress. I suggest that a list of the
needed reforms be presented rather than a list of your theoretical ideas. That
would remove the claims from being aimed at personal glorification as
might be suggested by making the claims as appearing to be personal
discoveries. The most important part is the justification of why a reformation
of classical EM is necessary. That may be the most difficult part. But the
objective here is to develop a list of reasons reform is needed with experimental
evidence in support justifying the reforms. The first step is to make a list of
those needed reforms. Then add a discussion of the items on the list. You
should be able to make up such a list and send it out for comments and
additional items. I am sure Svetlana will be more than happy to publish since
it will create controversy and get publicity.

driver’s seat.

Dear Harry,
I am hoping to start again, and say it went wrong
right at the start, with the wrong interpretation of Faraday’s famous
experiment. Note that none of my work ever mentions the permanent magnet, which
does not appear in my speciality, digital electronics. There are no permanent
magnets in computers. http://www.ivorcatt.co.uk/manifesto1.htm
