A miracle is about to appear before your very eyes,
Steve. Get yourself prepared! Get the smelling salts, or their
modern equivalent!
As became apparent when Pepper and I reviewed the situation ...
Pepper based his remarks on one kind of system, in one kind of situation.
I based my remarks on a different kind of system, in a different kind of
situation.
Shazam! The two apparently contradictory
statements are thereby reconciled!

Where are the two "systems"? All I have is cattq,
which has never changed during 40 years. http://www.ivorcatt.co.uk/cattq.htm ;

Ivor Catt
A weird feeling comes over me this morning. I am terrified.
Josephson is a Nobel Prize winner for the Josephson Junction.
Since writing nonsense to me about cattq in 1993, http://www.ivorcatt.co.uk/2812.htm
, Pepper has
been incommunicado for 25 years. Meanwhile Pepper edited the Royal Society
Transactions A, was knighted “Sir Michael Pepper” for services to physics, and received
the Faraday Medal.
Their comments will be added below, at this point ….
Please, reader, send your comment on this extraordinary
situation to ivorcatt@gmail.com. Add your qualifications etc. I will add your
comments to cattq3, http://www.ivorcatt.co.uk/cattq3.htm
with a hyperlink from this point.

As far as I can recollect at this point in time, it was a matter of
different behaviour at different frequencies. This may not have been the
actual situation, but the point is illustrated by the fact that at high
frequencies there is the ’skin effect’ but at low frequencies there isn’t as
the length scale involved then is very large. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skin_effect.

“We should have realised that the true situation was not simple, as is
often so in real life, and our discussion made us realise this fact and thereby
reconcile the apparent contradictions.” Josephson
The contradictions are not apparent – they are stark. Pepper says the
electrons come from the south! No, no! Josephson says the electrons come from
the west! The miraculous is magnified now by 'regimes'. So a transmission line
has multifarious secret 'regimes' so that contradictions uttered by
so-called 'experts' can be evaded by invoking vagarious 'regimes' ad
libitum. Here is another example of a 'regime' – according to lead scientist
Clem Prykie of the BICEP2 Team, he and his Team were
not wrong: they can't be accused of being wrong, only for over-interpreting
their data! No wonder science is dead.

Nobellist Josephson; Sir Michael Pepper, knighted for services to physics.
They have no grasp of cattq. http://www.ivorcatt.co.uk/cattq.htm
"one kind of situation", "a
different kind of situation". ????
cattq asks; "When a
battery lights a lamp, where does the charge on the surface of the bottom
conductor come from?" west or south? The "situation" is the
battery lights the lamp.
