For what they are worth, Maxwell's Equations do not derive the speed of light as the maximum velocity. It is derived as the only possible velocity. This signel velocity +/- 300,000 is also derived in my book . In none of the above is zero velocity permitted. The notion iof anything being stationary is excluded from my world view. Resons for the apparent lower velocity are given in one of my books . | |
